What to Expect at Puppy Yoga
Your session will be a relaxed mix of gentle yoga and plenty of time with the puppies. You’ll have the chance to stretch, unwind and enjoy the puppies as they wander, play and explore around you. There’ll also be time for cuddles, photos and simply enjoying their company.

We’re just up Bell Lane in Northchurch, on the outskirts of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. About 300m up the lane on the right, set back from the road, with our own large carpark for Centre hirers/users.

Frequently Asked Questions
Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move and relax in. We recommend typical yoga or gym wear and bringing as few personal belongings as possible so you can enjoy the session comfortably.
Not at all. Our Puppy Yoga sessions will be suitable for beginners as well as people who already practise yoga. You’ll be encouraged to take part at your own pace and simply enjoy the experience.
Puppy Yoga will take place at The Horizon Centre in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. Our spacious hall provides plenty of room for yoga, relaxation and, of course, the puppies to explore.
